BARN DETAILS

The barn was custom built in 1985 . It includes 7 12' X 12' stalls with outside runs.

Sliding doors on both ends of barn.

It has a 12' X 12' tack room, a 12' X 12' feed room, and a 12' X 12' grooming stall.

The flooring in the barn is of red pavers to keep dust down.

The barn has a 12' X 36' loft for thirteen ton of hay storage.

A large corral arena can be accessed directly from barn.

An electric hay elevator and a slide chute make stacking and retrieving of hay easier.

Each stall has hay feeders installed along with frost free automatic waterers.

Each stall has Dutch doors leading out to fenced runs. Outside feeders in runs can be filled from the outside for ease.

The barn has outside motion sensor lighting on both ends.

Frost free water faucets are located just outside of the barn on each end.
