The shop was built in 1984.
It has two overhead roll-up garage doors and one human door. The floor is concrete.
Electrical also includes a 220 outlet. A woodstove is used for heating.
The size of the shop is 24' X 48'.
The 1400 gallon water storage tank is located in a room of the shop along with the presssure pump and tank.
A frost free water faucet is located just outside of the shop.
The shop has outside motion sensor lighting.
